Ingrediants:

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 mushrooms

  • Green pepper

  • Red pepper

  • Grated cheese

  • 1/2cup of milk

Method:

  1. Chop up the peppers and mushrooms.

  2. Whisk the eggs and milk together.

  3. Add the chopped veg to the egg mixture.

  4. Poor into a frying pan and cook on the hob at high heat for a few minutes. 

  5. Once the mixture is starting to come together sprinkle on some cheese (for the remainder of the time it is cooking for this cheese will melt)

  6. Once the mixture is completely impact its ready to be served

Vegetarian omlette 

Vegetarian stir-fry

Ingrediants:

  • Noodles 

  • Soy sauce

  • Mushrooms

  • Carrot

  • Selection of peppers

Method:

  1. Chop the carrot and peppers into small juliene strips and the mushrooms into small pieces.

  2.  Cook noodles in a pan on the hob according to the instructions on the packet. 

  3. A few minutes before the noodles are due to be removed from the pan add the vegetables and stir for a few minutes.

  4.  When both the noodles and veg are cooked mix in some soy sauce.

Vegetarian quiche 

Ingrediants:

  •  100g shortcrust pastry

  •  175ml milk

  •  2 eggs

  •  100g cheese

  •  selection of peppers

  •  mushrooms

Method:

  1.  Roll pastry to fit a 9" flan or pie plate.

  2.  Prepare the vegetables by chopping them into tiny pieces.

  3.  Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir in the milk.

  4.  Poor the egg mixture and veg into the flan.

  5.  Cover the top of the quiche with grated cheese.

  6. Bake in the oven at Gas 5 or 190 degrees celcius.

Ingrediants:

  •  Tagliatelle

  •  Spinach

  •  White pasta sauc

Method:

  1.  Boil the tagliatelle in a pot of water until it's no longer straight or hard.

  2.  In a seperate pot boil the spinach in water for about 5 minutes.

  3.  Mix together the tagliatelle and spinach and poor some pasta sauce on top.

Breakfast bagel with egg and cheese

Ingrediants:

  •  2 eggs

  •  Drop of milk

  •  Red pepper

  •  Green pepper

  •  Bagel 

  • Grated cheese

Method:

  1.  Chop up the peppers into small pieces (as many as you want).

  2.  Whisk the 2 eggs and some milk together.

  3.  In a microwaveable bowl add the egg mixture and the peppers and stir.

  4.  Place the bowl in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

  5.  Take the solid mixture out of  the bowl and sprinkle on some grated cheese.

  6. Place this inside the bagel and it's now ready to serve.
